Meet Our Team
The People Behind Skilling Future
Skilling Future is led by a multidisciplinary team of educators, strategists, and AI-in-education specialists who bring together deep school leadership experience, ethical governance expertise, and real-world classroom practice. What unites our team is a shared belief: meaningful AI integration in education is not about tools alone—it is about leadership, policy, pedagogy, and people. Each member of our leadership team has worked at the intersection of education and change, guiding institutions through complexity with clarity, responsibility, and purpose.
Together, we design and deliver strategic frameworks, leadership fellowships, and capacity-building initiatives that help education systems move from reactive adoption to responsibly governed, human-centered AI integration. Our work spans diverse cultural, institutional, and governance contexts, allowing us to support schools and systems with solutions that are both globally informed and locally grounded. At Skilling Future, we don’t chase trends. We build the leadership capacity, ethical foundations, and strategic direction required for education systems to thrive in the age of AI.
Shahida Rehman is the Founder & CEO of Skilling Future, an AI-in-Education strategist, consultant and an international speaker. Her work is anchored in over two decades of experience, including 16 years of executive school leadership, where she navigated complex institutional transformations. This tenure revealed a critical gap: while AI adoption accelerated, leadership capacity and ethical governance lagged behind.
In response, Shahida pioneered the Strategic AI Integration Roadmap, a unique 9-stage framework that enables institutions to translate emerging technologies into coherent strategies and enforceable policies. Her methodology has supported educational leaders across 11 countries, from the USA and UAE to Pakistan, demonstrating that effective AI strategy is both culturally responsive and pedagogically sound.
A respected voice in global discourse, Shahida leads international fellowships and consultancy that bridge the gap between policymakers and practitioners. By moving institutions from reactive adoption toward intentional, well-governed integration across every level of the organisation, her work ensures that as AI reshapes education, learning remains human-centred, equitable, and responsibly led.
Andy Lucchesi is co-founder of Skilling Future, an AI-in-Education Ethical Governance Specialist, Educator, and International speaker working at the intersection of language, technology, and ethics. With 16+ years of experience in ESL, adult education, and teacher training, Andy helps institutions transition from reactive AI usage to purposeful, ethically-governed integration that prioritizes human judgement and student agency.
At Skilling Future, she co-designs strategic AI roadmaps, AI literacy programs, and ethical frameworks grounded in real classroom, organizational, and policy contexts. Her work blends prompt engineering, critical thinking, digital citizenship, and communication, always prioritizing human judgment over hype.
With a background in journalism and international work, Andy brings a systems-thinking lens to education and advocates for responsible AI that strengthens learning, agency, and long-term trust.
